Dealers Are Not Permitted To Exhibit.
1. All entries will be received at the Arts Building between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday, August 8, 2010.
2. All entry tickets must be fastened securely to the entry.
3. Exhibits are limited to a single item per entry. Limited to 10 entries per person.
4. Professional help will be on hand in order to assist you in placing your entries in the proper classification.
5. Any item improperly entered will not be considered by the judges. You must make the final decision as to which class your entries belong.
6. All entries must be at least 75 years old and in a good state of preservation.
7. Judging will be on the basis of Age, Condition and Rarity.
Interesting facts concerning the entry can be included with this article. A small card, neat and legible at a distance of 36 inches will be displayed with the entry.
8. To Insure Variety, No Article That Has Been Entered In This Department In The Past Five Years Will Be Eligible.
9. All pictures, prints and clothing should be ready for a hanging type display upon entering.
10. Ribbons will be awarded according to quality, and not based on the number of items entered in that Category.
All entries must be called for on Sunday, August 15. 2010, between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Claim checks must be presented before entry will be returned.
