Chairperson

1. Entries will be received at the FINE ARTS BUILDING between 1 and 5 p.m. on Sun., August 7, 2011.

2. Entries will be claimed between 1 and 5 p.m. on Sunday, August 14. Be Sure To Have Your Claim Checks When Picking Up Entries.

3. All Entries Accepted Must Have Been Completed Within The Past Two Years.

4. No Entry Can Be Shown That Has Been Exhibited Before At The Hamilton County Fair.

5. Exhibits are limited to a single item in each class.

6. No entries from professionals will be accepted (see definition under Regulations).

7. Basis for judging entries in the Needlework Department will be as follows:

A. Appearance

B. Workmanship

C. Design form, color and decoration.

8. Articles may be enclosed in plastic to protect them.

9. All articles MUST be cleaned, pressed and in good condition.

10. Any article entered in wrong class will NOT be judged.

11. Premiums Will Only Be Given In Classes Where Articles Entered Are Deserving Of An Award.

13. Quilts - Your quilt may be hung for full display. Quilts should have a 4" wide header (sleeve) sewn across the top back. Thank you.
