Three Categories:

Category 1: Apple Pie: (Fresh Fruit Only- 2 Crusts),

Category 2: Fruit Pie,

Category 3: Open Class

Rules:

1. Exhibitors or membership ticket required to enter.

2. Pies must be baked in an 8 or 9 inch disposable pie pan. We cannot be responsible for the return of non-disposable pie pans.

3. No commercially made crusts are accepted (all pie crusts must be made from scratch)

3. All pies must be brought to the Agriculture Building between noon and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2010. Judging will begin at 1:00 p.m.

4. Winning pies become property of Hamilton County Fair.

5.  Other pies may be claimed after the judging is over.

6.  Exhibitors may enter one pie in each contest.

PRIZES IN EACH CATEGORY

1st - $20.00    2nd - $17.50  

3rd - $15.00    4th - $12.00    5th - $10.00
