RULES
All entries shall be of marketable size and quality.
Entries for the best and largest display cannot include vegetables and grain otherwise entered.
Entries to be made only by growers of the produce, and evidence satisfactory to the Superintendent of the department and the Judges, if necessary, must be given.
No Entry Accepted without Membership Ticket or Exhibitor's Ticket.

11-125 Scarecrow Contest Rules
1. The entry must be free standing.
2. The height of each entry must not exceed six feet nor below three feet. The width must not exceed six feet.
3. Scarecrows should be loveable, mischievous, and humorous - not frightening.
