2026 Vendor Application

Dear Concessionaire: The information asked for below is designed to help our office determine the needs of our concessionaires and the Hamilton County Agricultural Society. This is not a contract, and does not guarantee that you will be issued a contract. If the application is accepted, a contract will then be issued. The Fair dates for 2026 are: June 25th -28th

$300.00 (Tented 10x10 booth space no electric), $500.00 (Tented 10 x 10 booth space with 100V Electric)

    Stock Truck $$70.00 additional 


    *No personal tents permitted

    *All Board of Health Approvals Required - No Exceptions

    *Mechanical/Refrigeration is a must 

    * All food truck must operate on their own generators

    * Limited number of double spaces available
