General Information


The Hamilton County Fair is maintained and operated by the Hamilton County
Agricultural Society.  Agricultural Society monthly meetings held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7PM, except November in which the yearly meeting for general elections will take place the 2nd Saturday following the close of elections at 4PM. Yearly Election to take place from 1PM to 4PM.

Ride Information

Rides will be provided by Ohio Carnival Company. We will have mechanical rides. 


 


 
Vendors
Becoming a vendor is a great way to build your business. We have great spaces available in high traffic areas. Act today and secure one of those spots.

First Aid
Located on the main level next to office.  Emergency first aid is provided


Banking Services
An ATM is located on fair grounds for your convenience.  Please refer to the Fair map for specific location.


Information Booths
Ask for directions or information and pick up a copy of the daily schedule and map at various locations around the grounds.


Recycling at the Fair
Please look for specially marked recycling containers to deposit your recyclable plastic bottles, cans, cardboard and clean paper.

                  The standard of behavior at the Hamilton County Agricultural Society/Hamilton County Fair is that all staff, volunteers, and board members scrupulously avoid conflicts of interest between the interests of the Hamilton County Agricultural Society/ Hamilton County Fair on one hand, and personal, professional, and business interests on the other.

                 This includes avoiding potential and actual conflicts of interest, as well as perceptions of conflicts of interest. I understand that the purposes of this policy are to protect the integrity of the Hamilton County Agricultural Society/ Hamilton County Fair decision-making process, to enable our constituencies to have confidence in our integrity, and to protect the integrity and reputations of volunteers, staff and board members.

                 Upon or before election, hiring or appointment, I will make a full, written disclosure of interests, relationships, and holdings that could potentially result in a conflict of interest.

                 This written disclosure will be kept on file, and I will update it as appropriate. I understand that the purposes of this policy are to protect the integrity of the Hamilton County Agricultural Societies/Hamilton County Fairs decision-making process, to enable our constituencies to have confidence in our integrity, and to protect the integrity and reputations of volunteers, staff and board members.
